Land is closely connected with our livelihood, social norms and economic activities. Article 42(1) of the Constitution of Bangladesh gave rights to every citizen to acquire, possess and transfer of properties. However, despite its importance in our daily lives and economic activities, land sector in Bangladesh has been replete with numerous anomalies and corruption.
